Bookings may be scheduled or rescheduled up to 7 days before the session date. Changes within 72 hours of the session may incur a fee.

All fees are specified at the time of booking. Payment must be made prior to service delivery. We accept major cards and other standard methods.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If a service is canceled at least 72 hours prior to the start date, 80% of the fee will be refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no extra charge within 30 days of the original date.

5.2 Information Materials

Digital guides and templates are delivered immediately upon confirmation and are therefore not eligible for refunds once accessed. If there is a technical issue preventing access, please notify us within 7 days for assistance.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain personalized services and bespoke checklists are non-refundable due to the tailored nature of the content. We will inform you at the time of booking if such conditions apply.
